All members aged 18 and over can stand for election to become a Governor on the Governing Body. To nominate yourself complete a nomination form available from the 15th May 2009 from the membership office or from the Trust’s website
www.uclh.nhs.uk. Completed nomination forms must be returned to the Electoral Reform Services by no later than 5pm on the 15th June 2009.
