As a staff member at UCLH we will support your personal and professional career development through a series of structured learning and development activities.
All staff joining the Trust are required to attend the Trust induction programme. The programme introduces new recruits to the vision and direction of the organisation and covers the essential information for them to operate safely and effectively in the workplace. This will be followed by a local induction in the relevant ward or department.
