Professional background

I trained as a general histopathologist at St James University Hosp. Leeds, Whittington Hospital and UCLH. From August 2013 I worked as a general consultant histopathologist  at Queen Elizabeth II and Lister Hospitals. In October 2014 I joined the gastrointestinal pathology team at UCLH.

Research interests

I am interested in research with a direct clinical impact aimed at improving patient’s quality of life. I am providing general pathology support to early phase clinical trials for patients with advanced cancer under the lead of Prof. Tim Meyer.  The aim of the project is to better define predictive biomarkers for patients with cancer.
