As a GMC registered specialist I worked in Acute and Community Paediatrics in West Hertfordshire till 1999.

A second specialisation followed from 1999 to 2004. This Audiovestibular Medicine training took me after 2 years at Great Ormond Street Hospital to The Royal National Throat Nose & Ear Hospital, Royal Surrey County Hospital to the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery. Following a acting up consultant position for 3 months and award of Specialist Registration in Audiovestibular Medicine in 2004 I became a fulltime Consultant in Paediatric Audiovestibular Medicine.
