We are a small team of anticoagulation nurse specialists who look after patients with clotting problems who are on oral anticoagulation or low molecular weight heparin.

We care for patients with:

• Atrial fibrillation
• Deep vein thrombosis
• Pulmonary embolism
• Mechanical heart valves
• Tissue heart valves
• Cardiomyopathy
• Other clotting problems
