The Private Patients Unit (Eastman Practice) provides a facility for specialist consultation and dental treatment in all dental specialties.
Referrals can also be made for specialist x-rays and dental hygiene.

Patients should normally be able to be seen for consultation within one to two weeks of the referral being made.
Self-referring patients will also be considered at clinicians' discretion.
Sessions are held Mondays to Thursdays from 9.00am to 8.00pm. Please note the Eastman Practice is closed on Fridays.
Patient aftercare
As this is a private service, the clinician treating patients will provide out-of-hours emergency contact details.
As a specialist teaching dental hospital, The Eastman Dental brings together well-renowned specialists in all fields of dental care.
Consultation fees are set by the consultants themselves and are within the range of £150-375 depending on the time and complexity of the assessment. Consultation fees do not include hospital charges and/or treatment.
Hygiene appointments are charged at a rate of £50-90.00 per visit depending on the time and complexty of the visit.
