Pancreatobiliary service

The pancreatobiliary department at UCLH is one of few centres in the UK to provide a patient centred, comprehensive advanced interventional endoscopy service for diseases of the pancreas and biliary tree.

More than 1000 pancreatobiliary endoscopies are performed each year for patients across the region including therapeutic ERCP, Endoscopic ultrasound and sphincter of Oddi manometry. We are among the first centres in the world to use novel techniques like cholangioscopy.

We take a multidisciplinary approach to the care of our patients and work closely with clinical nurse specialists to support our patients through their treatment.
