Patient support services

Our anaesthetic and neurology consultants run a multidisciplinary team that includes specialist neuromedical nursing, pharmacist, physiotherapy services, speech and language therapy. Frequent liaison with patients and their relatives is a priority.

Patient aftercare

Following discharge from Neuromedical ITU, patients are followed up on the general ward by the ITU team and a dedicated outreach team.
