We provide a specialist spinal surgery service including treatment of degenerative spinal conditions (simple and complex, including those requiring instrumentation), artificial discs, spinal injury, spinal tumours (intra and extra dural, including metastatic disease), scoliosis and syringomyelia. We offer a rapid-access service for sciatica. We have weekly multidisciplinary meetings covering spinal disorders generally with neuroradiology support and a second covering spinal tumours, when there is additional input from neuropathologists and oncologists.
