Nurses and midwives are continually adapting practice and introducing new ways of working to improve patient pathways. With 16 nurse/midwife consultants and over 100 clinical nurse specialists and practitioners we are at the forefront of redesigning and delivering clinical services. Current initiatives include:
- Protocol-led discharge
- Nurse-led clinics and follow-up
- Emergency nurse practitioners
- Facilitating Effective Discharge Service (FEDS)
