    Get fit, relax and improve your health and wellbeing at the 52 Club, the health and fitness haven for UCLH staff.

    Our friendly, expert team are here to help you reach your fitness goals - you can try a new fitness class, work out at the fully equipped gym, or chill out in our saunas - it's up to you.

  • Our opening times

    Early riser, or night owl, our gym opening times give you the option of fitting a trip to the gym into your working day:

    Monday to Thursday, 7am - 9.30pm

    Friday, 7am - 8pm

    Weekends, 11am - 4.30pm

  • Special offers

    At the UCLH induction for new staff, we offer free day passes, giving you the chance to come along and enjoy a class, the gym or just a sauna session free of charge. We can show you around and tell you more about the 52 Club, our fantastic team of fitness experts and our huge selection of classes.

    Keep an eye open for class lotteries to win a prize, social media ‘like’ competitions and staff vs member challenges throughout the year.

    Every 12 weeks the 52 Club hosts a Special Event- building on the success of Exercise, Nutrition and Relaxation Weeks these will be open to all and advertised in the Club, through Insight and on our Social Media Pages- the next special week is 30th March.

    Fitness Testing Day is every 12 weeks – come along a test yourself against gym tests to know how and where you can improve your fitness.

    Friday Evenings – Salsa from Salsa Dance Central- come along at 19.30 for lessons followed by a Social.
