Challenge yourself to a 5K or 10K run – and help UCLH Charity too

26/02/2020 00:00
The Institute of Sport Exercise and Health (ISEH) 5k and 10k run returns for its 8th year within the iconic surroundings of London’s Regents Park. The run is a great way to get active - something we are passionate about at UCLH and the ISEH.

The route is flat so ideal for all ages and fitness levels. You don’t have to run you can walk or jog on your own or with friends, family and colleagues and enjoy the park's amazing scenery.

There is also a 2k non-chip timed fun run open to all, especially children too young to run the 5k.

It will take place on Sunday 28 June and entry for the 5k and 10k includes a medal, warm-up, timing chip, medical support, water, healthy snacks and the chance to win a full fitness CPET test.

The run is open to all and you are welcome to run for the charity of your choice. Why not run and raise money for UCLH Charity? It is the official charity of UCLH NHS Foundation Trust and supports patients, staff, research and development across UCLH.
