Come and celebrate research

28/06/2018 00:00
University College Hospital’s atrium will be transformed on the NHS's 70th birthday on Thursday 5 July, when we host our annual research open day with 50 different stalls about clinical research.

Come and join us for games, experiments and interactive activities as we celebrate the NHS 70th birthday. There will even be some cake to say happy birthday to the NHS!

Find out how clinical trials work, the latest technology revolutionising treatments and how artificial intelligence is being used to better patient care.

Try your hand at surgery and find out how patient care has changed in the last 70 years.

You will be able to meet researchers and talk to them face-to-face about their work.

And why not enter our prize draw to win a Fitbit or an Amazon Echo?*

  • This is a free event and all are welcome. 2.30-5.30pm on Thursday 5 July in the main atrium of University College Hospital, 235 Euston Road, London NW1 2BU.
