UCLH is hosting a three-day international symposium on ‘Advanced Robotic Techniques in Urology’ in January.

Do the robot

International experts in the robotics from America, Russia, Europe and India will come together to share experience through live surgery and panel based video discussion.

The meeting will be held at Chitra Sethia Centre for Robotics and Minimal Access Surgery, based in the University College Hospital Education Centre.

The symposium will cover robotic prostate, bladder, lymph node and renal surgery from January 21 to 23. There will be a chance to get the latest tips and tricks from leading global experts and have hands-on advanced wet lab sessions.

Prof John Kelly, director of the Chitra Sethia Centre, said: "The symposium is a fantastic opportunity to mix with world experts in robotic surgery and a must for surgeons treating prostate, bladder and renal cancer."

Sir Robert Naylor, UCLH chief executive and Professor Malcolm Grant, UCL Provost, will welcome delegates who will receive six CME points per day when they register.
