It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas

04/12/2017 00:00
Christmas is coming early to UCLH! Comedian, TV personality and best-selling author David Baddiel will be joining us on Monday 4 December for a feast of festive fun – and you are all invited.

He will switch on our Christmas tree lights at University College Hospital– kickstarting the countdown to Christmas…5-4-3-2-1!

Mr Baddiel is a supporter of The Brain Appeal  which funds several projects including dementia research at our National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (part of UCLH).

You will also be able to hear the 30-strong Rock Choir raise the rafters and listen to the soulful sounds of the WeSing Camden Gospel Project.

Or perhaps you’d like to listen to the Salvation Army Band, make some balloon models, buy some gifts or cards or pose for a souvenir photo in our funky photo booth? There will be no charge for the photos but a contribution to one of our charities would be appreciated.

You will be able to find out more about our charities at the event. Staff, patients and visitors are all invited to join us in University College Hospital between 3 and 5pm (4.45 approx for the Christmas light switch on).

Please invite your family and friends and encourage those patients who are well enough to come down to the atrium.

Thank you to HMU and Interserve for supporting our annual festive event.
