Rainbow badges mean you can talk openly about LGBT+ issues to our staff

18/02/2020 00:00
You may have seen some of our staff wearing rainbow badges. Far more than just meaning they support the LGBT+ community, these badges mean you can have a chat to the wearer about any LGBT+ questions you may have.

The rainbow badges show that we are an open, non-judgemental and inclusive place for people that identify as LGBT+.

LGBT+ stands for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender and the + means we are supportive of all identities, regardless of how people define themselves.

In order to wear a badge, our staff have signed a pledge that they will take openly and inclusively to you about being LGBT+.

If you have any questions or need advice or support, feel free to approach someone wearing a badge.
