Whatever your fitness goals are, we have a team of top sports medicine experts here to advise you on staying fit and injury free in our next web chat.

Our experts Dr Courtney Kipps and Bruce Paton treat patients at University College Hospital and the Institute of Sport, Exercise and Health.  Dr Kipps is a sport and exercise medicine consultant who is also team doctor for the Harlequins Rugby Club and director of the London Triathlon whilst Bruce is a specialist physiotherapist who has worked with the medical and therapies teams at the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic games and at five London marathons.
