Web chat: Prostate cancer – your questions answered

On Tuesday 5 March between 11.30am – 12.30pm prostate cancer specialist Professor Mark Emberton will be answering your questions about prostate cancer in our next web chat.

Web chats give members, patients and the general public the opportunity to get their questions answered by a leading expert.  We’re focusing on prostate cancer for this web chat as March 2013 is National Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

Professor Emberton is at the forefront of research to develop new techniques to diagnose and treat prostate cancer.  He is Director of Surgery at University College London and is an honorary consultant at UCLH. He sees, advises and treats patients at the University College Hospital Macmillan Cancer Centre, as often as possible within a clinical trial setting.

The web chat will be online for an hour from 11.30 – 12.30pm on Tuesday 5 March. Joining in is easy – you don’t have to register, simply visit www.uclh.nhs.uk/chatprostate  on the day and type away.
