Where the arts meet the sciences

17/02/2017 00:00
Movement for Hope, a UCL spinoff run by three neurologists based at the NHNN, is working on raising awareness of neurological conditions by organising events combining art and science.

Their next event is an evening bridging art and science in a way which supports research as well as people with neurological conditions.

Rewired features leading neuroscience researchers, patient-advocates, tech innovators, and top artists. Neurological conditions under the microscop range from motor neuron diseases, to mulitple sclerosis, to Parkinson's, Huntington's, transverse myelitis and dementia. The arts will be represented through live dance, live music, short theatre piece and photography.

The event will be held at the Oondatje Theatre, Royal Geographical Society, 1 Kensington Gore, London SW7 2AR, on 10 March from 7pm
