Central Venous Access

The Central Venous Access Team provides a nurse-led service to teenagers and adults already referred to UCLH for cancer treatment.  We insert PICCs, implantable ports, Hickman lines and temporary central lines and aim to provide support, education and advice to patients, carers and health care professionals in all matters relating to central venous catheters.
