    C-STITCH

    Aim

    • To evaluate the efficacy of Low Molecular Weight Heparin in women with inherited thrombophilia and recurrent miscarriage and/or intrauterine fetal death.

    Recruitment

    • Women with a history of recurrent miscarriage, confirmed inherited thrombophilia and who are attempting to conceive or are less than 7 weeks pregnant.
  • PROTECTOR

    Protector

    Aim:

    • To assess the impact of a new two-step option to prevent ovarian cancer. The study assesses women’s views and the impact of this approach on sexual function, hormone levels, quality of life and overall satisfaction.

    Recruitment:

    • Women who are at an increased risk of developing ovarian cancer, aged 30 years and over and have not gone through the menopause and have completed their family (if they choose to undergo an operation to prevent ovarian cancer).
  • GeM3

    PRISM

    Aim:

    Investigate the effectiveness of methotrexate plus gefitinib vs methotrexate alone in the medical management of ectopic pregnancies.

    Recruitment:

    Women diagnosed with a tubal ectopic pregnancy, whom a clinical decision for medical management has been made.
