    We have open fitness days, evening social events and regular planned fitness drives such as the 4 week forward. We will post dates and information below when they are available but you can call to find out when the next events are planned for.

    As part of your membership there are now FREE nutrition seminars every week – either Tuesdays or Wednesdays - we offer advice and interesting topics for you to digest, see Club posters, social media and timetables for the next subject, day and time. Book at reception.

  • Fitness days

    Test your fitness progress and see if you can reach your personal best at our regular fitness days.

    Held every six weeks, our fitness days help you to measure your progress while motivating you towards your goals.

    Complete tests including push-ups, the plank, wall squats and rowing. We’ll record the results. You might even end up in our club records – but really, fitness days are all about you, and helping to keep you on track, energised and excited about your fitness journey.
