The patient reminder service is a voice and text reminder service that will notify you via telephone seven days before a scheduled appointment. 

You will then be able to confirm whether you are attending and will be given the option to change or cancel your appointment. If you need to rearrange your appointment during business hours (Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00) you will be given the option of being transferred to a patient service representative who will change your appointment to a more convenient date. Outside these hours, you will be called back by a patient service representative the following working day to rearrange your appointment. The reminder service is open 10:00 - 20:00, Monday to Saturday.

If we are unable to contact you directly, the system will send a text reminder to your mobile telephone giving a unique reference number and a telephone number to call to confirm or rearrange your appointment.
