We are working to make our phlebotomy services as safe and efficient as possible. For this reason we have decided to provide an online booking solution for all our clinics which will enable patients to book their own appointment.

The system, which should be operational by early July, will incorporate the government’s social distance guidelines to enable patient phlebotomy appointments to be staggered to the benefit of patients and staff.

To access the booking system, patients are being asked to log on to their patient portal, MyCare UCLH, either through the app on their phone or through the website: https://mycare.uclh.nhs.uk/mycare/openscheduling They will then be able to book an appointment no more than seven days in advance at current GP community sites.

GP practices should continue to email the PDF tQuest forms to uclh.gpbloodtestrequest@nhs.net. Please use the patient’s name as the filename of the PDF request.
