    We have open fitness days, evening social events and regular planned fitness drives such as the 4 week forward. We will post dates and information below when they are available but you can call to find out when the next events are planned for.

  • Fitness days

    Test your fitness progress and see if you can reach your personal best at our regular fitness days.

    Held every six weeks, our fitness days help you to measure your progress while motivating you towards your goals.

    Complete tests including push-ups, the plank, wall squats and rowing. We’ll record the results. You might even end up in our club records – but really, fitness days are all about you, and helping to keep you on track, energised and excited about your fitness journey.

  • Award winning! - Four Week Forward

    When: call for dates and times

    Boost your mental wellbeing, increase your fitness levels, lost fat and have fun with like-minded people in our four-week programme designed to put the spring back into your step.

    4 Week Forward does what it says. In four weeks, it will take you forward to a fitter, healthier and happier version of yourself. Our course experts will teach you about nutrition and fitness and lead you through motivational fitness classes that work around your schedule. When the course is over, you’ll have the knowledge and inspiration to continue feeling and looking great.

    We’ll measure your progress from start to finish, so that you can see exactly how much you’ve transformed. If you do really well, you might even win a free month’s membership at the 52 Club.

    We’ve designed this health and wellbeing course with NHS staff in mind; in fact, it was inspired by the 5 Year Forward Plan and its pledge to improve the health of all NHS staff.

    4 Week Forward is open to all UCLH staff, from total beginners to seasoned fitness enthusiasts.
