Held every six weeks, our fitness days help you to measure your progress while motivating you towards your goals.
Complete tests including push-ups, the plank, wall squats and rowing. We’ll record the results. You might even end up in our club records – but really, fitness days are all about you, and helping to keep you on track, energised and excited about your fitness journey.
