Single person accommodation – UCLH Residences

UCLH is able to offer residential accommodation to staff, which is managed by Notting Hill Genesis. The accommodation comprises of single person rooms, let on a fully furnished basis with a minimum of a wash hand basin and shared bathroom/shower and kitchen facilities. Many of rooms have recently been upgraded with more improvements planned in the future.

Location-wise, you are within a stone's throw (or a very short taxi ride) of Euston and the Eurostar terminal at St Pancras, Selfridges is on your doorstep, as are some of the best restaurants in the capital. You are also within walking distance of Regent's Park, the Embankment, Mayfair and Shepherds Market.

The rent for the accommodation in the residences, for Trust staff, are detailed in the table below.

Rents are fully inclusive of utility bills and Wi-Fi but excluding tv licence. Trust employees have rent deducted directly from their monthly salary. A refundable deposit of one month's rent is also payable. (Prices correct from April 2018)

All of our accommodation is let on an Assured Short hold Tenancy basis, typically for 6 months. We only need one month's notice in writing when you want to leave.
