We are delighted to invite healthcare professionals to the official launch of a new 3-module e-learning course developed for all clinical staff, including doctors, consultants, nurses, physiotherapists, pharmacists and allied health professionals. During the event, we will introduce the course and explore the key topics covered across the modules.
Module topics include:
- Introduction to Thalassaemia – building foundational knowledge of the condition
- The Role of Psychology in Thalassaemia – understanding the psychological impact and the importance of holistic care
- Iron Overload and Chelation – developing confidence in recognising, monitoring and managing iron overload
Patient experience and lived expertise are woven throughout all three modules, ensuring the patient voice is central to learning and clinical decision-making.
The event will include:
