PAVE Lite Training

The purpose of PAVE™ Lite training is to give healthcare professionals key insights into challenges which patients with hearing difficulties face in healthcare settings, and provide practical measures to help optimise communication with their patient with hearing loss.

Training Objectives:

• Provide staff with key insights into the implications of hearing difficulties for patients attending in healthcare settings
• Provide staff with practical tips for undertaking effective communication with patients with hearing difficulties
• Increase staff confidence in engaging with patients with hearing difficulties
• Help ensure the patient’s active engagement in health services and in the management of their own care
• Help improve patient access to services and a higher level of patient compliance in treatment programmes
