We are excited to share news that Genomics England has launched an initiative that will directly benefit patients from underrepresented populations such as those living with sickle cell disorder. The Diverse Data Initiative has a strong focus on sickle cell, the most common genetic condition in the UK, which disproportionately affects people from Black communities.
