On Wednesday 8th October, over 40 members of the London Sarcoma Service gathered in Central London for the highly anticipated annual ‘Away Day.’ The event brought together a diverse team, including oncologists, surgeons, histopathologists, radiologists, allied health professionals, managers, and administrative staff, from both RNOH and UCLH.

The day began with a heartfelt celebration of the team’s achievements over the past year, highlighting numerous successes and milestones. Attention then turned to the key priorities for the year ahead, with a particular focus on strengthening MDT working and refining follow-up pathways to ensure best patient care.
