I am a Macmillan Nurse Consultant for Cancer and Supportive Care. As the Lead Cancer Nurse at RNOH and the Sarcoma Clinical Lead I am responsible for the quality and development of cancer services. I am the nurse representative on the Sarcoma Advisory Group.
I am a highly experienced cancer nurse and I support patients and families throughout their care. I manage nurse led clinics for patients referred with a suspected sarcoma and a follow up clinic supporting patients after cancer treatment. I have studied at Diploma, Degree and Master’s level.
Days of work: 09.00-17.00 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

| Advanced Nurse Practitioners |
I am an Advanced Nurse Practitioner working as part of the Sarcoma team at UCLH.
My role is to see patients who are undergoing chemotherapy to assess their fitness for treatment as well as prescribing their chemotherapy and helping to support them through their treatment pathway. I also see patients for surveillance in a nurse led clinic once they have completed treatment for their sarcoma which involves monitoring for signs of recurrence and managing any long-term effects from their cancer treatment.
I have worked as a cancer nurse for 10 years and have a particular interest in acute cancer care and supporting patients through their treatment pathways. I am a qualified non-medical prescriber and due to complete my MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice in 2025.
My primary role is to clinically assess and initiate investigations for people who have been referred by their GP with a suspected sarcoma. I perform a telephone clinic for those whose results exclude a sarcoma and can be discharged back to the GP. I also provide follow-up for people who have completed treatment for soft tissue sarcoma and require surveillance.
I have completed a BSc Oncology Nursing, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Strategic Leadership and Expert Practice.

I work as part of the Sarcoma Clinical Nurse Specialist team, my role is to ensure we facilitate a smooth pathway for patients referred into the service via GPs with symptoms related to a suspected sarcoma. I run weekly clinics reviewing patients and ordering any initial necessary diagnostic investigations. If concerns for malignancy are excluded, patients attend my discharge clinic and are given advice regarding where their symptoms can be more appropriately managed.

I am an experienced cancer nurse with previous roles working on oncology wards and as a chemotherapy nurse.
I work within the London Sarcoma Service as one of the Adult Sarcoma Clinical Nurse Specialists.
I am an experienced cancer nurse with rich knowledge and skills acquired over the years having worked in various roles in oncology and haematology. Prior to taking up this role, I worked for many years at the Haematology/Oncology Day Care as a chemotherapy nurse and as a Clinical Practice Facilitator on the oncology wards. I have also benefitted from several professional training courses at the Clatterbridge Cancer Centre and the Royal Marsden School to keep my knowledge and skills up to date.
As a key worker and advocate for patients, I act as the liaison between the patient and the wider MDT. This involves supporting patients and their families throughout their cancer journey from the day of diagnosis and throughout the treatment pathway. I have a special interest in palliative care as well as creating good connection with patients and their families at the very onset of the nurse-patient relationship.

I work with children and teenagers up to the age of 18 years old at RNOH. My role is to provide information to children and their families and to offer support and education to other professionals caring for this patient group. I make contact pre diagnosis and continue to support through treatment and follow up.
I qualified as a paediatric Nurse in 2020 and have worked on the paediatric inpatient ward that specialises in the diagnostic and surgical treatment of patients with various orthopaedic and soft tissue sarcomas.
I have undertaken a continuous professional development module in childhood cancer.

I work as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for Young adults from 20 to 25 years old, who have a sarcoma diagnosis. I support them during diagnosis, treatment and beyond. My role involves being the main point of contact and I liaise with education, employers and other health professionals in order to meet their needs.
I also work as a Clinical Nurse Specialist for Teenage and Young Adults with cancer in a designated hospital, where I have set up the shared care service for patients 16 to 25 years old who are suffering from any type of cancer diagnosis.
I am currently working with the Operational Delivery Network to improve the service that we provide this patients with around the area of London and Essex.
I work with patients aged 13- 19 years old with sarcoma, in an inpatient, in clinic and within an ambulatory care setting. I work as a key worker with teenagers and their families and support them from diagnosis and through their cancer journey.
I have an interest in psychological support for teenager and their families and am setting up a mindfulness group for teenagers and young adults who are off treatment. I am involved with the bereavement support network for parents and families.

I work with children and teenagers with cancer up to 18 years old. I qualified as a paediatric nurse in 2010 and have worked in paediatric inpatients, high dependency care, accident & emergency, nurse education and community nursing prior to joining the RNOH in 2020.
I have undertaken several post graduate modules including children’s high dependency care, management of children’s pain and children’s spinal & orthopaedic nursing.

I work within the radiotherapy department at University College London Hospital, following sarcoma patients throughout their radiotherapy pathway and providing information and support during this time.
Previous to this role, I worked for six years as Senior Therapeutic Radiographer within the department and gained a vast amount of experience in treating sarcoma patients.
My research interests centre on patient experience and evaluating patient pathways and I recently completed an MSc in Oncology Practice.

I am an Occupational Therapist working within the Personalised Cancer Care team at RNOH. My role is to provide holistic care and goal orientated rehabilitation to support people living with sarcoma return to tasks that are important to them after surgery. I graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2012 and have been specialising in orthopaedic oncology rehabilitation for the past 7 years at RNOH.
