This yoga class is ideal if you need a gentle approach to exercise. It’s for anyone who may struggle getting onto and up from a yoga mat. It is suitable for beginners as well as those who want to get back into exercise.
During the class you will:
- gently strengthen and stretch your muscles
- improve your flexibility
- improve your joint movement
- improve your stability
- improve your focus and concentration
- use breathing and relaxation to calm your mind.
The class is on every monday, 10.45am to 11.45am, on Zoom.
Ask your doctor, clinical nurse specialist, support and information specialist or another healthcare professional to refer you.
We'll email you a health assessment form to complete and send back to us. Once we've got that, we'll book you on the class.
We'll email you a Zoom invite the day before the class is held. Details on how to join the group will also be on the email invite.
