We welcome your feedback about your experience of NHNN and NCC. Your comments will be used to monitor and improve the service we provide.

If you would like to speak to the nurse in charge, the unit manager or a matron, please ask the nurse caring for you relative to arrange this for you.

You may be approached by a volunteer offering you the opportunity to complete a short, anonymous feedback survey. We would be very grateful for your feedback but we understand that you may not feel like completing a survey at the time so please do not feel concerned about declining the offer.

Please see the link in the sections below to access the survey. Please be aware that since the survey is anonymous, we will not be able to address any concerns you raise with you personally.

If you would like to give us a feedback to which we can respond, please do email us on uclh.neurocriticalcare@nhs.net

You may also contact PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) who provide a personal contact point to assist patients, relatives and carers. If you have an issue relating to our service that you would like to discuss, you can contact the PALS team directly on 020 3448 3237 or via email at uclh.PALS@nhs.net.
