Passkeys can be used to log into MyCare when using your web browser. These are like biometric logins on mobile phones with options including fingerprint, face lock, and screen lock. They provide a safer and more convenient way of logging in than traditional passwords.

The use of passkeys is optional. You will still be able to use your password to login.

Adding and managing passkeys for your account

  1. To add a passkey to your account, open Account Settings from the MyCare menu.

2. Select ‘Manage passkeys’. From here you have the option to add a new passkey.

Please note, the passkey options available to you will depend on the specifications of your device. MyCare is also compatible with hardware security keys.

3. Once you have added a passkey, you will be able to rename, review usage, or remove it from your account on the same ‘Manage passkeys’ page.
