New brain haemorrhage drug trial recruits first UK participant

We have been informed that the new Tandem mobile app and the Tandem Source platform for T:slim X2 insulin pumps will be launched in August.
Patients will be able to view critical pump data such as insulin on board, carbohydrate entries, current settings, and alerts — all in one place and bolus directly from their smartphones. With the new app, pump data will also be automatically uploaded to the cloud-based Tandem Source platform, where the data can be shared with the diabetes team.
The Tandem t:slim X2 mobile app will be available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store starting 4 August 2025. Families will receive an email from Air Liquide with instructions on how to update your child/young person’s insulin pump software and activate the new features.
