Living with Epilepsy: Insights and Innovations at UCL-UCLH
On 2 October 2025, the Epilepsy teams at the National hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology hosted an event for people living with epilepsy at the fantastic Art Workers’ Guild, 6 Queen Square. The event proved hugely popular with more than 100 guests mingling with staff, students and charities supporting those living with epilepsy throughout the day.
The event had something for everybody with over 25 stands and poster displays, “flash talks” by PhD students and researchers followed by Q&A, after which the public could vote for their favourites, and also participatory group sessions.
