ArdeshnaKirit.jpgKirit undertook his medical training at Cambridge University and University of London. He is the divisional clinical director for cancer at UCLH and is the lead blood diseases clinician at UCLH, specialising in treating patients with haematological malignancies. He has a particular interest in non-Hodgkin’s and Hodgkin’s lymphoma and has published several papers in this area. He also Honarary senior lecturer at UCL.

Andrew Wilson, Consultant Haematologist.jpgDr Wilson is a consultant haematologist with special interests in myeloid blood cancers (from myeloproliferative neoplasms to acute myeloid leukaemia), diagnostic haematology and education. He completed medical training at University College London (UCL) in 2009 and holds Masters degrees in medical microbiology (LSHTM) and clinical education (UCL), and has a PhD in molecular pharmacology (UCL). Dr Wilson is an honorary associate professor at UCL Medical School; he teaches on the MSc in health professions education programme and is the joint lead for haematology training at UCLH.

As Deputy Divisional Manager in Haematology at University College London Hospitals (UCLH), she brings strategic insight and a deep understanding of clinical service delivery to complex, high-pressure environments.

She is a passionate advocate for education and workforce development, and plays a central role in the Cancer Academy at UCLH. Giulia is helping to shape a concierge-style education model that streamlines administrative processes and empowers clinical teams to focus on delivering high-quality, externally-facing education. Her operational expertise and commitment to innovation are key to building a sustainable, scalable platform that supports the growth of cancer education across the NHS and beyond.
