If your referral has been sent to one of our clinicians for review, you will be placed on the waiting list and offered an appointment when the request has been accepted. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, some of our patients are having to wait longer for their appointment than we would like. We are working our way through our waiting lists as quickly and safely as possible, whilst prioritising patients according to their clinical needs.
We will send you an appointment letter confirming your appointment. If you would like an update please allow 4 weeks before contacting us. We can be contacted via telephone at 0203 447 9393 (option 5) or email email@example.com (ensure to provide your full name, DOB and booking reference number so that we can find you easily on our systems). Please try to avoid Mondays and Tuesdays as these are our busiest days.
