In cancer nursing, our success starts with you.

UCLH cancer services are closely located in and around University College Hospital, which is a one-minute walk from Warren Street and Euston Square tube stations. It’s a 15-minute walk from London King’s Cross St Pancras and Euston stations, and a few minutes on the Circle Line from Paddington Station.

Our cancer inpatient wards are based at University College Hospital. Cancer Day Care Services such as supportive care, chemotherapy, ambulatory care and outpatients are based the University College Hospital Macmillan Cancer Centre. This purpose built, state-of-the-art building was opened in 2012.

In 2021, we opened a new facility for inpatient clinical haematology, based at Grafton Way. Providing over 80 inpatient haematology beds with a dedicated intensive care unit, the service will be the largest of its kind in Europe. The new facility will also be one of only two sites in England to contain the world’s most advanced form of radiotherapy – proton beam therapy.
