Staff accommodation is available for all UCLH staff to apply for.  The accommodation is available for a minimum six-month term. We also have accommodation for on-call staff and limited emergency accommodation.  

Single person accommodation – UCLH residences 
UCLH can offer residential accommodation to staff in John Astor House and Elizabeth House, which are owned and managed by Notting Hill Genesis. The accommodation comprises single person rooms, let on a fully furnished basis with a wash hand basin and shared bathroom/shower and kitchen facilities. Many of rooms have recently been upgraded with more improvements planned in the future. 

The accommodation is a short walk to the Eurostar terminal at King Cross St Pancras with Euston Square and Warren Street London Underground Stations close by as well as many bus routes. Central London's shopping and eating facilities including Oxford Street are nearby. You will also be within walking distance of Regent's Park and the River Thames. 

The rent for accommodation in the residences for UCLH staff is detailed in the table below. Rent is fully inclusive of utility bills, except for Wifi.  

UCLH employees have rent deducted directly from their monthly salary. A refundable deposit of one month's rent is also payable. 

We currently offer two types of room to our staff – single and B-Scale. Current rents (which are reviewed each April) until end March 2025 are:
