Our Getting Ready for Transition (GReaT) to secondary school parent information session will run on Wednesday 28 January 2026.
The workshop is available to all parents with children with type 1 diabetes, under the UCLH diabetes team, who will be starting secondary school in September 2026. This year we will be running the session virtually and it will run from 10.30am - 1.00pm.
Please note this is a parent workshop only. There will be a workshop for young people in the summer, before starting secondary school.
The workshop will focus on starting well at secondary school, with opportunities to hear from young people and parents who have already moved to secondary school.
