Discover how movement and exercise can support your recovery from cancer treatment, boost your energy levels, and improve your mental wellbeing.

In this friendly and practical online session, we’ll share simple ways to stay active that fit your own pace, preferences and abilities.

You don’t need to be super fit or have any special equipment — just an interest in learning how gentle movement can make a real difference to how you feel.
