We also offer interest free season ticket loans funded by UCLH Charity, which allow staff to gain maximum discounts on their travel to work.
Financial support
Financial concerns left unresolved can impact our health and wellbeing and be a significant source of stress and anxiety. There is a wealth of financial information, advice and guidance available to help our staff, as well as grant funding and financial support options. Our Citizens Advice Camden UCLH Staff Service offers free, confidential advice on a wide variety of issues including benefits, financial wellbeing, housing, debt and other issues.
Back up care support for parents and carers at UCLH
We have partnered with Bright Horizons to help our staff better manage their many work, family and personal responsibilities with back-up care. Back-up care serves as a reliable solution for unexpected disruptions in your regular care arrangements for children or other family members, whereby UCLH staff are allocated a number of back up care days per year to utilise whether for child care, elder care or other types of caring needs UCLH also has a Parent and Carers Staff Network who are looking at a range of initiatives to support staff who are parents and carers at UCLH.
