Flow cytometry for haematological malignancy immunophenotyping and immune monitoring
The flow cytometry laboratory provides a Haematological Malignancy diagnostic service which includes chronic and acute leukaemias and lymphomas. It also specialises in Minimal Residual Disease monitoring for both chronic and acute malignancies. The repertoire also includes lymphocyte subset monitoring for HIV patients, CD19 enumeration for patients on rituximab, CSF and BM processing, and cytochemistry tests which are Esterase and Iron stains.
