I stood for Governor as I felt it would be a great opportunity to help shape our services and represent staff views. I have a deep passion for people and services at UCLH.

I’ve worked in the field of improvement, transformation and change management in the NHS, over the past 12 years. I currently work as Quality Improvement Lead in the Emergency Services Division, my role entails embedding improvement structures across the division. I also enjoy coaching and training staff at all levels on Improvement principles, to empower them to run sustainable change projects. I’m passionate about compassionate and inclusive leadership and empowering staff to reach their full potential at work, in psychologically safe environments. I’m educated to postgraduate level in Journalism and development studies, and lots of improvement qualifications under my belt.  I’m always looking to seek out new knowledge and learning. I’m also a qualified OD Virtual mentor and mediator.  In my spare time I enjoy writing short stories and poetry, I also enjoy going to the gym, especially doing combat and box fit classes.
