A new five-year strategy was launched in 2023 focusing on the delivery of high-quality patient care, investing in a diverse workforce, continuing our world-leading work in research and innovation, and ensuring financial stability through improving value and productivity, innovation, diversification of income streams, and the development of sustainable ways of working.
Chaired by Baroness Julia Neuberger, the Board is responsible for the development of the Trust’s vision, strategy and values, the non-executive team provides support and challenge to the executive team in their management of performance delivery. UCLH is looking to appoint a new Associate Non-Executive Director to the team, succeeding Arif Ahmed, who is stepping up into a Non-executive role.
