Warning alert

From September, to make it easier to get in touch with you, we are changing our telephone system so you can see if you’ve missed a call from staff in our services. Rather than having a missed call from a withheld number, you will now see the number starting with 0203 when we call.

There is ongoing prevalence of COVID-19 in the community, however you are able to bring one person with you if you are attending an outpatient appointment in our hospitals. Please be aware space in our waiting areas is limited.

Please help us by following these guidelines when you arrive at the hospital:

  • Use a face covering or mask
  • Keep a safe distance
  • Use hand gel provided on arrival

Your appointment letter should tell you where to go, but if you are unsure ask at the main reception desk.

Only attend an outpatient appointment on if you have no symptoms of coronavirus.

We will contact you to change your appointment to a telephone or video appointment or to inform you if we need to reschedule or postpone your planned visit.

If you need to rearrange your appointment, please phone the number listed on your appointment letter to let us know.

Some clinics may be able to offer you a video consultation. If you’ve been offered a video clinic, please visit our outpatient video clinics page for more information.
