Please inform us in advance if you are unable to attend your appointment via uclh.

You should make sure that you are available for up to 5 hours around your allocated time slot for one stop as you will be contacted by different healthcare professionals as part this. Please locate yourself in a quiet environment so that you can take the different calls.
