The COVID Medicines Delivery Unit (CMDU) provides COVID-19 treatments for those in our community who are at the highest risk. These treatments include intravenous infusions of neutralising monoclonal antibodies (nMABs) or oral antiviral medications, specifically for high-risk patients who have tested positive with a PCR test.

If you live in Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Haringey, or Islington and have a health condition that makes you eligible for COVID treatments, please contact the North Central London (NCL) COVID-19 Medicines Service to get assessed for treatment. The service is available for all high-risk patients, including children over 12.

Temporary visitors, those residing in North Central London but not registered with a local GP and those without housing or in emergency accommodation will also be eligible to access this service.

Patients can access this General Practice-led service by either:

  • contacting their GP practice,
  • calling NHS 111, or
  • by contacting the NCL COVID-19 Medicines Service directly on 020 3838 7121 (available 10am to 1.30pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 12noon Saturday and Sunday. Outside these hours a voicemail service is available and messages will be picked up during clinical hours).
  • Email nclicb.cmdu@nhs.net (This mailbox is monitored 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm Saturday and Sunday).
