We have received an Urgent Field Safety Notice regarding the FreeStyle LibreLink app for iOS, version 2.10
When upgrading to the 2.10 iOS app version, some patients were unable to successfully upgrade last week (receiving a white app screen and a period where glucose readings and alarms were not received).
A new version of the FreeStyle LibreLink app for iOS (2.10.1) is now available for download from the iOS App Store. If you use the FreeStyleLibreLink app for iOS, please upgrade to the new version 2.10.1 as soon as possible. Then verify your in-app settings, including your alarm settings and any insulin pen connections.
This new version of the FreeStyle LibreLink app (2.10.1) fixes the issue with the previous version and includes automatic real-time glucose readings for people who use FreeStyle Libre 2.
